Urgent USDA Message

This is very URGENT and IMPORTANT. As you have probably heard by now, funds for the USDA Guarantee Program are expected to be gone by the end of April. For many of us, this is a critical program that we must have available for First Time Home Buyers. First – we are STILL FUNDING this program. So if you have borrowers that have been dropped by their current lender, call me immediately and we’ll get them back in the pipeline. Second – there is something you can do to help restore budget funds to the program. Watch the video to get instructions.
